Tax - Prices are subject to VAT where applicable

Preliminary work - You may request that we carry out some form of preliminary work before agreeing to place a firm order. All work carried out at your request, whether experimentally or otherwise, shall be charged at our normal rates.

Cancellations - please note that a 5% charge of the total value of the orginal order will be made on all cancelled orders plus a £10.00 charge to cover administration cost. Any cost incurred for work already carried out up to date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made.

Proofs & Artwork :- You are responsible for:

• clearly , concisely, specifically and adequately conveying your requirements to us.

• ensuring that any artwork is suitable and adequate for your needs and purposes.

• thouroughly, properly and completely checking any proof for errors or omissions.

• clearly marking any necessary amendments on a proof

• giving us your complete and absolute approval of a proof and giving us authority to proceed to print your work.

If you inform us in writing that you intend to waive the right to receive a proof (and we agree that a proof will not be provided) , we shall incur no liability whatsoever for any errors not corrected prior to printing.

After we have submitted a proof, we may charge extra if:

.• you make alterations or change to the original concept design or content, and these changes necessitate additional work by us.

• you change the style, type or layout if you had previously left it to our judgement and discretion.

• you ask us to supply additional proofs.

If we have not been given printing approval after 14 days a 5% charge of the total value of the original order will be made plus a £10 administration fee.

Copyright - we shall own the copyright in any artwork produced by ourselves. we shall not own the copyright in any artwork not produced by ourselves.

Delivery - every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods.

Variation in quantity - we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 5% plus or minus of the quantity of printed goods ordered.

Claims - claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to us, so as to reach us within 5 days of delivery.

All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us so as to reach us within 5 working days of receipt of goods or such goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity within the terms of the contract.

You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. we shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at time of delivery.

Claims in respect of non-delivery must be made in writing so as to reach us within 4 days from receipt of our invoice.

Liabililty - the company shall not be liable for any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit not caused by the company.

Full Colour Printing - All full colour work will be printed in 4 colour process (CMYK)

Illegal Matter - We shall not be required to print any matter which, in our opinion, is or may be of an illegal or libellous nature be indemnified by you in respect of any claims,cost and expenses arising out of any libellous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, design or of any other proprietary rights contained in any material printed, or works undertaken, for you.The indemnity shall extend to any amount paid on a lawyer or solicitor's advice in settlement of any claim.

Force Majeure - We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.

Miscellaneous - The contract between ourselves the company and the customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
